High-performance leadership: Drul managers complete leadership training after 4 weeks of studies.
The training was carried out by “Leadership Gente e Gestão” and took place at the Sertãozinho unit throughout the month of November.

There were 4 weeks of development, with weekly meetings that included group, practical and theoretical activities.

The training concluded on Monday, November 27, 2023, and included a short ceremony, marking another stage in Drul’s history and reinforcing our commitment to our leaders and employees.
